Falun Gong, also known as Falun Dafa, is an ancient mind-and-body practice consisting of five gentle, easy-to-learn exercises and meditation, along with the study of the universal principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance. Falun Gong is taught free of charge by volunteers and practised by people from all walks of life in over 80 countries around the world.
I came to Falun Dafa as an aging 57-year-old who was exhausted with living. Now, five years later, I’ve become younger-looking, my wrinkles have almost disappeared, and my energy is continually growing. I’m feeling better, stronger, and more clear-minded.
